ROLLER COASTER
- Start in the downward dog position.
- Begin to bend your arms keeping the arch in your back.
- Skim your chin then chest then stomach on the ground as
your roll forward into the elevated cobra position.
Your knees do not touch the ground.
- Now pull your hips upward as your stomach then chest then
chin skim the floor in a reverse motion.
- Return to the downward dog position.
- REPEAT
